We will email everyone on the relevant term’s waiting lists with details of how to book a place so please make sure you have registered your interest on the Join page so that you are sent the information.
Each term, there are 3 priority booking periods. Full details will be sent around one week before each booking period begins. NB all places for the 2017 autumn term are now allocated.
1. Current members priority booking period.
2. Past members and new low voices priority booking period.
3. Waiting list booking period.
Booking is on a first come, first served basis within the booking periods listed above. Current members are guaranteed a place, providing they book within their priority period.
We do not automatically carry names of unsuccessful bookers forward to the next term’s waiting list, and we ask members to let us know that they would like to try again for another term. If you registered in the past and haven’t received any emails from us lately, please drop us a line and we’ll make sure you are on the appropriate waiting list.
